Lab Testing

Test samples for purity, composition, and compliance with quality standards. Approve or reject materials based on lab results.
Inventory

Store approved materials systematically. Use inventory systems to track stock levels and issue materials as per production needs.
Production

Manufacture sulfur dyes through chemical processing (mixing, heating, sulfonation, etc.). Conduct in-process quality checks and package the final product.
Test & Dispatch

Inspect and label finished products. Prepare shipping documents and coordinate delivery to customers or distributors.
